All of our Group Sessions are geared to be high intensity circuit style workouts. Arrangements can be made to do pop up or on site sessions for you and a group of friends or we will have routine group sessions at our gym.

Reality is sometimes training with a friend or family member can be more motivating and enjoyable and it also allows us to design a plan to maximize the results for both individuals. If you prefer to have a side kick with you for all sessions we can help!

In a world where everything is at our fingertips, your fitness journey can also be! We take pride in our Virtual Coaching approach and want to be a part of your journey at all times. You will be able to reach out 24/7 with questions during your virtual experience. By signing up for our virtual program you will receive a pre-recorded tutorial specific to your plan and exclusively for you! If you want to set up two sessions per week you will receive a video on each training day or if you want five days a week you will get a tutorial each day! Your sessions can be body weight only if you do not have access to equipment or can be built to be effective with the latest and greatest equipment you may have access to. This system will 110% be specific to YOU! You will also have a bi-weekly video conference with me to discuss progress along the way.

Schedules and commitments can be difficult and making time to take care of yourself can be a challenge sometimes. We fully understand that not everyone can make time to travel to a gym to exercise regularly but we do believe that everyone can set aside a half hour to hour a few days a week to achieve your fitness goals. Our Mobile Rig will come to you! Your home, your office, parks and other locations. We can accommodate one person or groups with our set up and it promises to be one of the most unique experiences you will find! This Mobile Rig will be complete in 2025 and more info and pricing options will be out on it in the near future. Follow our social media pages for updates on the design and construction process of this!
A team that trains together not only results in progress during the game but also builds unity. Talent will only carry an athlete so far but hard work will allows be the recipe for long term success. Our team sessions can be done on site where you prefer or we can work out the logistics of it. The team will not need to provide anything but the help in communicating time and location with the participants. For programs that are interested in a long term partnership we want to present a fundraising opportunity for you also. When you schedule four sessions you will receive a 10% return, if you commit to eight sessions you will receive a 15% return per or ten or more sessions will be a 20% return to your program!

Are you ready for you child to take the next step in their athletic progression? We can help with any and all of those things with our after school program! The sessions are geared towards speed, agility and conditioning and are great for kids of any age!

Teaching your child the importance of a healthy lifestyle is one of the most crucial aspects of their growth and development. For nearly two decades I have had a passion for making a difference in the lives of kids through sports and I want to continue that for the next two decades. I want to build confidence in your child while helping guide them to being the best version of themselves I can! The youth training will be focused on speed, strength and agility but we can also incorporate sport specific trainings into the plan. Our sessions can be structured to be at our location or your location!

As a Nutritionist I want to help you in all phases of your health and fitness journey! Sometimes trial and error is the system people use to find their groove with their diet so to save you the time, money and effort we can help! No matter what budget you have for you meal prep and planning we are able to build a plan specific to you!
